What are the departure time ?
We have daily trips to major Gulf destinations and weekly trips to other destinations. You can check the schedule on our Routes page.
Can i cancel or modify my booking ?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the ticket type.
What is the baggage allowance?
One bag up to 80 kg is allowed . Additional baggage is available for extra fees.
Are meals available on board?
Yes, we provide light meals and free beverages on long trips (over 8 hours). Additional meals are available for purchase.
What travel documents are required?
You need a valid passport and any required visas for the countries you will visit. We recommend checking travel requirements in advance.
Can I travel with children?
Yes, we welcome families and children. Children under 3 travel free if they don’t occupy a separate seat. Discounts are available for children aged 3-12.
How can I track my trip?
You can track your trip through our website using your booking number, or through our mobile app.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. We also accept online payments through our website.
